‘The kids particularly loved the experience, in fact, Habib and Azeem were both asking when we can go again !
This is a wonderful initiative on the part of WWF to provide access to the
limitless beauty in our country to those of us who are not used to taking
such adventurous trips on our own. I have no doubt that this will be a
successful venture for you.
We wish you the best of luck in making this a success, we are proud to be a
part of the first tour. Thank you again for your hospitality and making
this a memorable trip for all of us.
Thank you for organising the most fabulous trip down the makran coast. The
planning was meticulous and the whole tour was nothing short of luxury,
everything was taken care off and we were pampered 24 hours a day. It was
really an eye opening trip for us and we are all in awe of what our country
has to offer, the beaches, the mountains, the roads and the history is all
to be proud off.
Please pass on our thanks also to Ahmed Khan Sb., Mohammad Ali, your camp
team, the cook who made me put on a few pounds in 2 days and the gentleman
who heads your centre in Gwadar. The extent of the knowledge your team has
and the enthusiasm you have all shown puts into perspective the potential
for tourism in the country.
Well done on organising a great trip, it was a wonderful initiative on your part and I hope you continue this in the long run. As we are now somewhat familiar with the camping ways, we would be keen to join you on visits to other areas in the country.
There is little room for improvement, since the entire trip was very elaborate and extremely luxurious. An addition to the trip could be snorkeling at Astola. I feel that with the presence of corals, and WWF having a crew which could very easily assist first timers, the island presents a unique opportunity for snorkeling. All that would be required would be snorkeling gear.
Also, maybe WWF could have similar trips, but for “budget” travelers, which could target students and have a smaller registration fee. These trips could perhaps involve those attending to help with tent pitching, cleaning up the campsite, etc and bring their own toiletries and sleeping bags, which could help reduce the cost of the total trip.
The trip was in entirety a brilliant initiative on WWFs part, which was planned and executed perfectly. Having been part of treks up north before, the hospitality and luxury I experienced on this trip was parallel to none. The entire trip was a memorable event, which I shall definitely be recommending to a lot of people.
