WWF Pakistan's Spellathon

WWF Pakistan in 1995 pioneered an environmentally driven initiative targeting the youth of Pakistan known as the "Spellathon". Spellathon is a nation-wide spelling competition, for schools, which through a series of written quizzes promotes contemporary knowledge of the environment to the youth in a fun and exciting way.

Spellathon is now an integral part of the annual calendar of almost every private school across Pakistan targeting approximately 100,000 students each year.

Spellathon 2010 is being sponsored by Service Industries Pvt Limited and Engro Foods Pvt Ltd in Lahore.
This year WWF Pakistan's Spellathon activities will commence in schools nation wide from February and will last till May.
